APPOINTMENT PROCEDURES
To schedule an appointment, please call 567-4324 and talk with our receptionist. She will make every effort to arrange a convenient time for you. We realize that your time is most valuable to you, and we schedule appointments accordingly. Unfortunately, when dealing with health services, delays can occur. If there is any delay and it is not convenient for you to wait, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Delays in our office are a rarity, usually caused by an emergency. We ask for your understanding if this should occur. We are accepting new clients, and we appreciate the many referrals our clients send us. We always take whatever steps necessary to provide our new clients with the same quality care our current clients have come to expect.
